Refund policy

Under the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013, you have the right to cancel your order within 14 days of receiving it, without giving a reason. You then have a further 14 days to send the item back to us.

Once we receive your returned item, we will issue a refund within 14 days, including the standard delivery cost. Return postage is at your own cost unless the item is faulty or not as described.

If your item arrives faulty or damaged, you are entitled to a repair, replacement, or full refund under the Consumer Rights Act 2015. Please contact us as soon as possible with photos of the issue so we can resolve it quickly.
